Identity of the Data Controller
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data obtained through parketta.com ("Site") may be processed by parketta.com as the data controller within the scope described below.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data (identity, communication, transaction security information, etc.);

• Carrying out the necessary registration and contract processes so that you can benefit from the services offered,
• Protecting the technical infrastructure of the system, information security and user accounts,
• Customer relationship management and follow-up of requests/complaints,
• Fulfillment of legal obligations,

are processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

Transfer of Personal Data
Your processed personal data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes, except for legal obligations. However, it may be transferred to authorized public institutions, infrastructure providers receiving server / hosting services, and legal advisors in order to perform the service, fulfill legal obligations, or ensure system security.

Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected electronically, fully or partially automatically, through forms, cookies, log records, and user interactions on the Site. The legal reason is; the establishment or performance of a contract, the fulfillment of the legal obligation of the data controller, and the necessity of our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, data owners have the right to; learn whether their personal data is processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically/abroad, request correction if it is processed incompletely/incorrectly, and request deletion/destruction.
